As women, it’s easy to feel stretched thin, to feel like there’s more that you want to do and be, but there’s just not enough time in the day. There’s an entire list of boxes that you’re supposed to fit into: the be-everywhere-all-the-time mother, the kick-ass career woman, the perfect wife, the nurturer, the strong independent, the list goes on and on. With all the people you’re supposed to be, it's easy to feel lesser than.

We know, we’ve been there.

We craved an environment that celebrated our unique identities and empowered us to embrace our full potential. And when we couldn’t find that environment, we decided to build it.

We created hey you. as a safe place for women to come together pursuing purpose through community, fostering growth through learning, and maximizing impact through our collective efforts. We are an organization with the mission to give women the permission they never needed but were told they did. A place that illuminates the path to self-discovery, self-belief, and empowerment in spite of self-doubt.

We believe that as women, we each have infinite potential residing within us. We are more than the boxes we do or do not check. We are fierce, strong, powerful, kind, feeling, intelligent, and capable of living this big beautiful life to its fullest potential. Through community and support, we strive to help women find their beautiful voice and live life boldly.
